What areas does RESCO Construction serve?
RESCO serves Saskatoon and surrounding communities. If a project is outside the immediate area, travel and scheduling can be reviewed during the initial conversation.
Does submitting the form create a contract?
No. Form submission starts a project conversation. A contract or approved scope is only created through accepted written proposal terms.
Can I upload photos or PDFs with my request?
Yes. The quote request form accepts JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP and PDF files so RESCO can review photos, drawings or notes before follow-up.
Does RESCO provide engineering?
RESCO does not provide professional engineering services directly. Qualified third-party engineering can be coordinated where required.
Will hidden conditions affect the price?
They can. Concealed damage, unsuitable substrate, permit requirements, engineering direction and approved changes may affect scope, cost or scheduling.
Can RESCO help with unfinished or deficient work?
Yes. Deficiency and punch-list work is one of RESCO Construction's focus areas, including documentation, corrective repair planning and practical completion work.
